  • Vehicle Loan or Lease Payment Assistance: Visit chase.com/autofinanceassistance for the most up to date COVID-19 lease and loan information.

  • Lease-End Extension: You may request to extend the term of your lease agreement for up to 6 months to allow extra time and flexibility. You can only request a lease-end extension once during the life of your lease. 

  • Lease-End Vehicle Returns: If you do not wish to take advantage of the lease-end extension and want to coordinate the return of your vehicle, please contact your local dealer as well as Chase. If you are not able to return your vehicle to the dealer, please visit chase.com/autofinanceassistance for next steps.

  • Military: If you are active duty military or have been activated to respond to a disaster, you may be eligible for additional benefits. Please call our military services hotline at 1-877-469-0110.

  • New Vehicle Purchases: During this time, if you need to purchase a vehicle, we can help ease some concerns with the Land Rover Payment Deferment Program. With this program, you may be eligible to defer your payments for up to 90 days when you purchase select vehicles and finance through Land Rover Financial Group.

All applications subject to credit approval by Chase and programs may change at any time. Terms, conditions and vehicle restrictions apply. Not available for leases. The deferment period begins the date the contract is submitted to Land Rover Financial Group through your Land Rover retailer. Interest accrues during deferment. If you decide to defer payments you will pay interest over a longer period of time, and the overall cost of your loan may be higher. The deferment program may not be available in all states. By continuing to make your monthly payments, you may extend the term of your Lease Agreement for up to six months to allow you extra time and flexibility. No phone call is needed to confirm your extension. You will receive a letter or email from Chase for more information about the lease extension.
